Do I have to print out my event tickets?

You can either present print the ticket or present the ticket to organizer on phone. As internet connections are slow sometimes, it is advised to download the ticket before the event for faster processing. Sometimes, organizers may specifically ask for printed tickets due to the policies set by Venue.

I didn’t receive my tickets – Can I get them again.

It is possible that your tickets have landed in spam folders or Trash folders if the email got deleted in error. Pls check and add the tickets@showtimeon.com to your address book. You may have to check if you are checking the same email Inbox which you have used for booking the tickets.
If the event you are going to is beginning in excess of 1 business day from now – if it’s not too much trouble email tickets@showtimeon.com expressing the name, email ID you made the buy of tickets under, and the event you are visiting. We will then forward your tickets inside 1 business day. What is your refund policy?

If the event organizer cancels the event, then the tickets will be refunded as per the terms and conditions set by the organizer. Tickets are nonrefundable for any other reason. However cancellation of ticket for an event that you have paid for, will vary and depend on the Organizer’s terms & conditions.

What happens if an Event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled by the event organizer, Showtimeonwill update it on the event listing and an email will be sent to you. If the event that you registered for is a paid event you will also be notified about the fee refund via email.

What online payment options do you accept?

We accept payments through credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

Do you accept offline payments?

Offline payments may be accepted at the venue, depending on the availability of tickets. You are advised to check with event organizer for such arrangement.

Do you charge any commission or platform ticketing fees for each event or each registration?

We do not charge any fee for free registrations. For paid events, we do charge nominal showtimeon platform fees for paid ticketing events. There will be separate card processing charges as the payments go through Stripe payment gateway.

If an event is cancelled, we still need to pay the preparing charges to the Mastercard/ Visa / AMEX organizations regardless of what occurs. I have downloaded my ticket however I have lost it. Help!

You can download your ticket from the email you will get from Showtimeon after effective enlistment or purchasing a ticket. Essentially go to your “My Bookings” page and tap on the “download” connect.

How do I submit an event on Showtimeon.com?

It’s fairly easy to create an event.
Remember that you should be a registered client to do as such. Registration is super simple and thoroughly free:https://www.showtimeon.com/submit-event/

Post events – It’s FREE

Simply visit https://www.showtimeon.com/submit-event/ and enter all the info you have for your event.

Remember that the more info you enter about your event, the more helpful it is to those viewing it. So be sure to include info such as images, time, cost to attend, a good description of what the event is about, etc. If you don’t see your venue in the drop-down list, you can suggest a new venue and you will be asked for all the necessary details. Once you’re finished, be certain to SAVE your work by clicking the “Add event” button at the bottom of the page. Your event will be reviewed by the support team and will be posted at the earliest.

To submit that the event is posted accurately, support team may contact you via email or call.

Promote your events and fill the house!

You can guarantee that your event will be featured in Showtimeon Events Newsletter that is viewed by tons of people in your local area. You can also promote on Social Media platforms from the site itself without having to create posts in multiple platforms. Ticketing events via showtimeon also gets premium publicity with your event banner on our site for a stipulated period. There will be details on how to use the feature and its benefits.

How can I view all of my events?

To view all of the events that you have created, just go to My Dashboard and you should be able to view all the events.

How do I edit the event details?

Only Showtimeon registers users only can edit events that he/she has created via account.  Otherwise, if you see incorrect event data, please send the URL and the corrections that need to be made to us by contacting our support team and we’ll take care of it from our end.

To edit / delete the events you posted onto Showtimeon.com, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Eventful.com account and follow this link to a list of your events: http://eventful.com/users/YOUR USERNAME HERE/created/events

2. Click on the event you want to edit and it will open the event detail page

3. Near the upper-right corner of the page will be a gray box that says “EDIT EVENT.”    

4. Make the necessary changes to your event and be certain to click on the “Update event” button to ensure that your edits will go live. (If you want to remove the event completely and start anew, click on “Withdraw event.”)

5. If you do not see the edit button on your event, that means you’re not logged into your account.  Enter your username and password in the top-right corner where it says “Sign in” and the tools should appear.

I found duplicate / incorrect events. What should I do?

Please contact us with any relevant URLs and the corrections that need to be made and we’ll take care of it from our end. The more details you can provide about the event – such as links to the bad events and the correct detailed info – the better our resolution will be.

Where do you get all these events?

They come from you the community, as well as our partners, and yes, we crawl the web. But the BEST events come from you.
Our event data comes from thousands of different sources! We take privacy and copyright protection very seriously and do everything possible to respect both. If you have any concerns regarding the event information on Eventful, contact us and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I add an image to an event?

You can add an image when creating or editing your event. If your event has been listed by another source and is missing an image, please contact us and we can help update the listing.
To submit a photo, please make sure the image is at least 500×500 pixels on a square background to fit correctly.
