In 2005, the late chef Anthony Bourdain tasted the Laksa during his show – “No Reservations”. This is when the Laksa became well known to the world and he termed it “Breakfast of the Gods” and also on his Top 10 Wish List for his food market in New York.

Apart from being a spicy soup-based noodle, what else can you do with laksa? With over 20 types of herbs and spices in the laksa paste, this may be a flavourful ingredient to be used for making other dishes. In partnership with Hong Kong New Oriental Culinary Art and Edible Artists Global Academy Association (EAGAA), during this demonstration, our culinary demonstrator will show you how to make other types of equally sumptuous dishes using the laksa paste.
